Come and dance the night away at our 80s disco party nights! Join us for an unforgettable night of music and memories featuring the sensational Mamma Mia Tribute Act, ‘All About Abba.’

They’ll immerse you in the story of the hit musical Mamma Mia, featuring all the songs from the film / musical as the cast weave through the diners, audience participation, Greek dancing, tambourine playing, and lots of musical theatre fun!

You can dance to all the upbeat ABBA party anthems, and wear your ABBA costumes (optional), and singalong to all your ABBA favourites!

80s CHRISTMAS PARTY NIGHTS
Join us for our 80's video disco party nights and dance the night away with our fantastic 80s themed disco - fancy dress is optional! The 80s Christmas party disco night will take you back to the days of disco, with all the glitz and glamour associated with disco fashion and culture and includes a video disco. So put on your dancing shoes and get ready to spin right round with some classic tunes.

CHRISTMAS PARTY BAND NIGHT
We are delighted to welcome The Verge as part of this year's Christmas Programme. So come along and dance the night away to live music of this multi award-winning professional covers band - an energetic, fun and friendly band who play a mix of rock, pop, soul, party classics and indie bangers to suit all ages - specialising in filling dance floors!

FAULTY TOWERS DINING EXPERIENCE
The long-awaited return to the Glen Yr Afon, the Faulty Towers Experience is back and part of our Christmas Programme in December 2024. 

This globetrotting Faulty Towers Dining Experience show is truly quite legendary, selling out in places like Edinburgh Fringe and Sydney Opera House. It returns to Glen Yr Afon House Hotel but be warned: it will sell out here too, so early booking is essential. 

Basil, Sybil and Manuel serve a three course dinner along with plenty of laughs and audience participation in this 5-star immersive show – a show that’s never the same twice, because it’s 70% improvised.

ALLO ALLO DINING EXPERIENCE
Join us for this professional family friendly interactive comedy dining entertainment. A must for ‘Allo Allo’ fans with an interactive comedy dinner show where the characters serve their guests an hilarious three course dinner.

Listen very carefully, I shall say this only once. Pop along to this ‘umble cafe for a night to remember as Rene juggles the Gestapo, the Resistance, his secret affairs and his wife, Edith. Oh, and keeping a watchful eye over events is a British agent disguised as a policeman who hasn’t quite grasped the French language!

The Glen Yr Afon Hotel is set in a Victorian Villa in the town of Usk, and is a 15 minute drive from junction 24 of the M4, then on to the A472. The M5, M50 and A40 motorways are nearby. It is a five minute walk from the town of Usk and 8 miles from the 15th-century Raglan Castle.

It has 27 individually styled bedrooms, and meeting space for up to 200 guests.
