Our openness

There are several things which contribute to the personality of a business and for us it is our openness with our customers, providers and venues we work with. This two-way relationship is integral to how we operate, for which we are mutually respected and recognised.

At all times we are open to ideas and happy to introduce new ones, always understanding each other's position. If there is something the customer wants which we feel will not work on the day, we will talk through the options; our aim is to ensure an event is a success and meets the customers objectives.

Our attention to details is shown in the way we manage and maintain our stock, from the Narnia chair which often needs a re-paint, through to the table centres which on return to the warehouse are checked and cleaned and individually stored in boxed.

Being customer focused

We know the events business is extremely competitive and providing a quality service is essential. All the team are customer focused, from the events team talking to you the client to create the style of event you are looking for, through to the team which will be there on the day making sure it all runs successfully and to plan.

Our openness includes the venues and suppliers we work with, meetings at their premises or inviting them to visit us - tea, coffee and cakes are always available! - all aimed at getting to know each other better to ensure the level of service they provide, and we need, is met.

Constantly reviewing our business

Our main business is imagine events, of which Christmas Parties Unlimited is a very important and strong brand. We've also got Venues Unlimited and our newest addition, The Event Loft.

We are not a business to sit back and wait for things to happen. We constantly review the services we provide and seek out new opportunities: an example being development of our new filming and photographic studio under The Event Loft brand.

Our green policy is strong, and we aim to purchase recyclable products and equipment as we know the importance of preserving our environment for now and the future. One small for instance is that we purchase rechargeable batteries which are used for table centres and have a specific charging bank in the warehouse for this.

Our team

The quality of our team is essential, and we ensure all are well trained in their work area, and all understand and experience how other parts of the business operates. In return we provide flexible working arrangements, with staff able to work remoting when necessary. All are rewarded on a regular basis with days / evenings out for dinners, watching shows, or taking part in team activities to name but a few of the experiences we've enjoyed. We are always looking for new ideas and adventures!

We are a very happy, and at times very lively, team contributing with new ideas to help our customers and supplier partners improve our businesses.
