PRIVATE CHRISTMAS PARTIES
The Monastery’s beautiful architectural spaces provide a breath-taking backdrop to your event. The Monastery of St Francis and Gorton Trust owns and operates this precious Grade II* listed heritage site built by E W Pugin. 

Holding your event here at Manchester’s modern-day Monastery helps us to maintain and protect this important site of historic, architectural significance for generations to come.

The Monastery Manchester is still managed by the same charitable trust that was formed in 1996, to save and restore the building from dereliction. 100% of all proceeds are reinvested into the restoration and conservation of the Grade II* listed building as well as programmes for arts, education, health and well-being in the local community. By hosting your event here at The Monastery Manchester you are helping us help others and ensuring the important historical building will be here for future generations to enjoy.

The Monastery is less than a fifteen-minute drive from Manchester City Centre and a free, secure car park is available on-site. The Monastery is also accessible by train or bus from Manchester Piccadilly Station.
