Tudor Barn Eltham is London’s last remaining Tudor Barn, a beautiful historic venue nestled within the peaceful surroundings of Well Hall Pleasaunce. With charming exposed brickwork, original wooden beams and views across the medieval moat, the barn transforms into a magical setting during the festive season.

EXCLUSIVE PARTY NIGHTS
Exclusive hire at Tudor Barn Eltham allows your group to take over the entire Tudor Gallery from 7pm - ensuring an intimate, dedicated celebration just for you and your guests. This option is perfect for larger workplace teams, family gatherings, private celebrations, or any occasion where you want full control over the atmosphere, timing, and setup, without sharing the space with other parties. 

With capacity for 50–180 seated guests (and up to around 200 standing), exclusive Christmas parties here deliver a premium, tailored package.

FESTIVE MENU
Throughout the festive period we will be offering a special Festive Menu, a carefully curated three-course set menu designed to celebrate the flavours of the season. Guests can enjoy classic festive favourites including roast turkey with all the trimmings, pigs in blankets, and traditional Christmas pudding, alongside a selection of delicious starters and desserts created by our chefs. 

For those who prefer a little more flexibility, our full à la carte menu will also be available throughout the festive dining period. Guests are welcome to order from either the festive set menu or the à la carte menu, allowing everyone at the table to choose exactly what they feel like enjoying. 

No pre-order is required*, so you can simply book your table and decide on the day. 

FESTIVE AFTERNOON TEA'S
Join us for a festive afternoon tea this December and enjoy delicious finger sandwiches, warm scones with jam and cream and a selection of festive sweet treats. 

Available Wednesday - Saturday 12-5pm at £18.95 per person. 

Why not upgrade to a glass of prosecco or mulled wine and make the occasion extra special.

NEW YEAR'S EVE PARTY
Ring in the New Year with dinner, music and dancing at Tudor Barn. As the clock winds down on the old year, step into a truly magical celebration at Tudor Barn Eltham, where historic charm meets festive glamour. 

Guests are welcomed from 7pm into the cosy gastropub and restaurant spaces for a delicious three-course dinner, followed by an electrifying live DJ and disco from 10pm onwards, dancing through to 1am. 

Whether savouring fine food with friends, raising glasses at midnight, or simply soaking up the warm, joyful atmosphere, Tudor Barn Eltham promises an unforgettable way to bid farewell to the year and welcome the new one in style.

Limited dance only tickets available, £5.00 per adult (9:30pm-1am).

Tudor Barn Eltham is a unique venue holding the distinction of being the only existing Tudor Barn in London. Situated within our historic building is a Gastro Pub and Restaurant perfect for casual dining as well as celebratory dinners. We also have a newly refurbished fully stocked bar. Eltham Railway Station is only 5 minutes away with fast trains to London Bridge via Lewisham (DLR). There are also regular buses to Bromley, Catford, Chislehurst, Eltham and Woolwich.
