Bannatyne Hotel Darlington is a Grade II listed 19th century Georgian townhouse, set in gardens. It lies on the River Skerne and is less than a mile from Darlington town centre, 13 miles west of Middlesbrough and 17 miles south of Durham.

It has onsite leisure facilities, with 60 bedrooms and event space for up to 120 guests.
