Christmas Parties 2026 at the Best Western Guide Post Hotel, Bradford

Below are details of last year’s parties, to give you an idea of what we can do.

We have something for everyone for your Christmas party this year. At the Best Western Guide Post Hotel we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

If you can't make the December party dates, we can also arrange Christmas Parties in January.

SHARED CHRISTMAS PARTY
Bring family, friends and work colleagues to our shared party nights. Arrival time, and when the DJ starts, is 7pm, with the dinner served at 7.30pm and the party ending at 12 midnight.

THEMED CHRISTMAS PARTIES
Join us for our fun themed Christmas party nights - fancy dress is optional! Our themed party nights are:

Grease vs Dirty Dancing – Saturday 29 November 2025
80’s Rewind – Friday 5 December 2025
Marcius Motown – Friday 12 December 2025

PRIVATE CHRISTMAS PARTIES
If you are looking for a private party this year, then we  can most certainly help. The minimum number for a seated dinner would be for 60 guests, up to a maximum of 80. For a buffet it would be up to a maximum of 100 guests.

CHRISTMAS FAYRE
We have this available Mondays to Thursdays from 12pm until 9pm, Fridays to Sundays from 12pm to 4pm, and all from Friday 28 November 2025. 

There's a choice of two or three courses, with two courses at £22.95 person, and three courses at £26.95 per person.

NEW YEAR’S EVE
Bring in the New Year with family and friends. Arrival time is 7pm, dinner is served at 7.30pm and the DJ will be playing until late!

Overnight accommodation is available at £193.50 per couple which includes the NYE party and breakfast the next morning.

The Guide Post Hotel is close to Bradford city centre with the Bradford Industrial Museum being under 6 miles away, and National Science and Media Museum three miles. It has good links to the M62 and M606 motorways.

It has 42 bedrooms and meeting space for up to 100 guests.
