Join us at Barbara’s Bier Haus, your ultimate Bavarian basecamp for an unforgettable Christmas celebration! Located on MillenniumSquare, just a stone’s throw from the river, our two‑floor venue features three unique spaces—Bar 1, Bar 2, and a private Karaoke Room. Dive into our après‑ski party vibe with mouth‑watering buffet spreads, themed drink packages (think beer towers and  shotski’s!), and heaps of live entertainment. Whether it’s an intimate gathering of two or a full‑haus hire for 800, we’ve got sharer tables, private rooms, and bespoke party packages to suit your needs. Drink, dine, and dance under one roof this festive season.

From smaller office groups to full venue takeovers, our party options cover groups from 2-800 people. Table bookings, semi-private spaces or exclusive room hires available. All of our packages come inclusive of VAT with food, drink and optional entertainment add-ons to sprinkle some sparkle to your annual celebration.

BAR 1 - Capacities: Standing 300 Seated 64
Celebrate this Christmas in Bar1—available for exclusive hire outside regular hours or shared hire for groups of 2 to 50. Featuring a live music stage, bar, natural light and a digital photobooth, t’s ideal for festive catch‑ups, team socials or intimate gatherings. Tables and reserved sections are available seven nights a week—just bring your team and we’ll handle the rest. 

BAR 2 - Capacities: Standing 450 Seated 50
Our versatile first-floor space designed for larger groups. With plenty of seating, a dancefloor, DJ booth, digital photobooth and private bar, it’s ideal for team celebrations, client events, and festive gatherings. Make use of the iconic ski lift for a unique photo opportunity, and include exclusive access to the karaoke room to add a fun, interactive element to your event.

Choose from our range of catering options including our festive Bavarian buffet, pizzas and bratwursts, alongside drinks packages tailored to suit your group’s preferences. Bar 2 offers a unique private hire space to make this Christmas memorable. 

KARAOKE ROOM - Capacities: Standing 40 Seated 0
Looking to add something extra to your Christmas party? Our private karaoke room is the perfect way to break the ice and get the team involved. Available as a standalone hire or added to a Bar 2 booking, this tucked-away space can also offer 1–2 hour sessions and is fully equipped for a bit of light-hearted festive fun. Pair your booking with our Bavarian buffet and drinks packages – including  beer towers, cocktail towers and more.

Barbara's Bier Haus is a unique apres-ski venue to hold your Christmas Party! Located on the waterfront close to the Bristol Aquarium and just a ten minute drive from Bristol Temple Mead Station. There are an array of hotels within the vicinity for those needing an overnight stay – we can source some corporate rates for you If required!
