Whether it is afternoon or evening, enjoy exclusive access to one of our elegant bar or lounge spaces – ideal for a celebration filled with festive cheer, great company, and lasting memories.

THE FESTIVE SOCIAL PACKAGE
Add a touch of elegance to your end-of-year celebrations with our Festive Social package. Gather your party for a refined afternoon or evening filled with handcrafted seasonal cocktails, gourmet festive food, and live music.

CHRISTMAS DINING
Enjoy a festive two or three-course dinner in Everard’s Restaurant for a classy Christmas celebration with colleagues, friends or family. Please enquire with us to hear about our private dining options.

FESTIVE AFTERNOON TEA
Once your Christmas shopping is complete, take a seat and indulge in our festive afternoon tea. Relax with a cup of tea from our specialty range along with a selection of seasonal sandwiches, cakes and scones, served with jam and cream. Dates available throughout December 2025, price from £24 per person. Upgrade to a sparkling afternoon tea for just £5.00 per person. Minimum of 10 people.

Whether you are celebrating with us or having your Christmas get-together somewhere else in the city, we have discounted bedroom rates available.

The Clayton Hotel Bristol City opened its doors in April 2022 and is a modern contemporary hotel housed in the Grade II listed Everards printworks in the heart of the city. The design of the building celebrates Bristol’s links to art whilst restoring a piece of local history. Our 4-star hotel is situated on Broad Street in the Old City. There is easy access to the harbourside and shopping quarter which are a 5-minute walk away.

Our spacious restaurant accommodates up to 120 guests and is available for exclusive hire, perfect for group events, or festive dinners. We also have our Lower Bar which is located just a few steps below the lobby and main bar area. With a unique, stylish décor, this exclusive event space is great for Christmas parties, drinks receptions, festive gatherings.

Our six dedicated meeting rooms, each equipped with state-of-the-art AV equipment, can hold up to 35 guests, ideal for private dinners, wine tasting, and wreath-making workshops.
