The first of its kind in East London, The Conservatory is a unique light-filled space that features floor to ceiling windows and a fully retractable roof. Offering Al Fresco dining and drinking that transform from day to night, season to season. The Conservatory is an ideal spot for Christmas Parties.

PRIVATE DINING RESTAURANT
Designed for the ideal dining event, our private dining restaurant offers exclusive seated and buffet group cuisine experiences from breakfast through to dinners intimate style, dressed in comfort and sits adjacent to the conservatory where the space can be combined into a larger event space once the sliding doors have opened.

UNION SOCIAL RESTAUANT
Taking over the 1st floor, the hotel's main dining spot is union social restaurant where we encourage exclusive hire for the ultimate experience. Here we offer unique cocktails and contemporary international cuisine, designed to be shared. the versatility of union social means that after spending the day in the lounge you can slip over to the bar in the evening for expertly mixed cocktails and late-night DJ sets, live bands and more. Occupying an eye-catching illuminated counter bar with its own banquette seating and outdoor terrace, coupe is the gantry's very own English sparkling wine bar, offering an ever-changing menu of specialities. Stylish and intimate, coupe bar is an excellent semi- private setting for drinks receptions over cocktails and canapes.
