If you’re looking for an afternoon celebration then we’re also taking bookings for three course Christmas lunches which are perfect for sharing with colleagues, friends or family. On arrival at all of our lunches and evening parties you will be greeted with a sparkling welcome drink followed by a delicious starter, main and dessert while seated in our beautifully decorated Suite.
On our festive Christmas party nights you can dance the night away to classic festive tunes and party hits from our resident DJ to make Christmas 2025 one to remember.
SHARED CHRISTMAS PARTIES
A group booking a shared night will all be seated together, but the evening will be enjoyed with several other private groups or companies at separate tables, giving guests an option to mingle as much or as little as they'd like. With everyone in high spirits, the nights are always a case of the more the merrier! Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a sparkling welcome drink before being seated to indulge in a sumptuous three course dinner. After dinner, dance the night away with our resident DJ to festive favourites and dance floor classics.
EXCLUSIVE CHRISTMAS PARTIES
If you have a large group to entertain, or just want to enjoy each other's undivided attention, then why not book an exclusive party? (minimum of 60 guests). We can also offer an Exclusive Christmas Buffet Night. (minimum 75 guests, maximum 125 guests).
Whether you are organising a small dinner for a few family friends or treating the whole office to well earned evening out, we have the perfect nights to suit your needs.

Bookings are available Monday - Thursday throughout the festive period. Price from £39.00 per person.
About the venue
At Weybrook Park we have a beautiful private suite overlooking the stunning golf course and Hampshire downs. The suite is an ideal venue for many occasions and is situated North-West of Basingstoke, 1 mile from city centre with good transport links and ample on-site parking. It is 5 to 10 minutes from junctions 6 and 7 of the M3 and less than 5 minutes from Basingstoke railway station.
