Join us for an evening of excitement, splendour and all that is Christmas! 

HQ Nights Christmas Parties will, once again, immerse you in a fabulous, fully themed experience that will leave a lasting impression on you and all your guests. 2024 will take you on a stunning ‘Lost in New York’ adventure; From the beauty of Central Park to the bright lights of New York City, with some well known ‘Home Alone’ inspired music throughout the evening. After dinner, we’re off to the most legendary NYC nightclub of the disco-era for a Studio 54 themed afterparty! With our live DJ playing music from all era’s, everyone will be up and dancing before you know it.

We are partnered with the well-known local event management company - The Highfield Event Group Ltd. 

Every year, incredible culinary delights are served by our caterers, Crown Catering Cambridge. We know this is important to you & its's so important to us too. Our caterers work with us every year and the feedback is always outstanding. The team are so used to working with special dietary requirements should your party have any.

SHARED PARTY NIGHT
Join us for a night for everyone! Colleagues, family or friends! You will be seated with your own guests on your own table/s to enjoy the HQ Christmas Parties Shared Night. A fantastic way to celebrate with those closest to you, and mingle with new faces. 

PRIVATE HIRE PARTY NIGHT
Over 300-400 guests? We would be delighted to work with you to create a Corporate Festive Event to exceed yours and your teams expectations. Our private hire parties can accommodate any number up to 700 guests seated, or up to 1500 guests standing; larger guest sizes cam be accommodated on request. (Minimum no. of guests varies dependant on day of the week and date requested).

DRINKS PACKAGES
No need to wait at the bar. We have various drinks packages available which will be delivered to your table, ready for when you are seated at dinner. We also offer drinks table service as part of the standard ticket price.

CHRISTMAS LUNCH PARTY
Looking for an alternative Festive Celebration? 'Lunch at the Ritz’ style Cambridge Christmas Lunch Party at HQ Nights Christmas Parties. Allow us to wow you with an afternoon of delicious food, first class service and the finest Jazz cabaret. A wonderful few hours out of the office to celebrate the festive season with your employees and work colleagues. Party runs from 11.45am - 3.30pm . 

Our magical venue is purpose-built in the private grounds of Great Wilbraham Hall Farm Estate and is less than 1 minute from the A11 offering ideal transport links for your guests. The venue has its own private driveway entrance - and a separate driveway exit within metres from the A11 turning. We have free parking on a tarmac, hard-standing area on site with parking attendants on hand should they be needed.  

It is ideally located about 10 minutes outside of Cambridge just a minute off the A11 Newmarket bypass.
