Whether you want to gather guests for the best festive buffet lunch in Birmingham or party and dance the night away, the perfect festive package for Christmas 2025 is right here at Conference Aston, in Birmingham City Centre.

THE PERFECT PARTY NIGHT 
The perfect place to celebrate the party season, at the heart of Birmingham City Centre, with your team, colleagues, co-workers, friends and family. 

Arrive in style to our Hotel on Aston Street, make your way to the warm and welcoming Courtyard Bar, where your guests can relax, in contemporary surroundings, with a festive cocktail or mulled wine, before making their way through to their exclusive dining suite where our team will be on hand, helping you to relax and celebrate, into the early hours.

Courtyard Restaurant hosts up to 280* for a party night dinner and dance.
Private dining rooms available for parties of 100 to 160 guests (with DJ).
Exclusive use options (min 250 guests).

THE PERFECT PARTY NIGHT PACKAGE
A great way to celebrate with festive food, drinks and music! Packages include a DJ, Disco (Min 100 guests) and novelties. Add Prosecco arrival drinks for £5.00 per person or half a bottle of house wine for £12 per person.

THE PERFECT FESTIVE BUFFET LUNCH
A three course buffet lunch featuring all your festive favourites and trimmings on the side. Available between 12 – 2pm every Thursday and Friday throughout December 2025. Price from £36.50 exc VAT per person.

THE PERFECT NIGHTS STAY
Once you have finished dancing the night away, head upstairs, where the Conference Aston Hotel offers over 163 stylish hotel rooms, from singles and doubles, to twins and suites. A full English breakfast awaits the morning after. Bed & breakfast from £99 inc VAT.
