Make this Christmas extra special and celebrate in style at the Birmingham Conference and Events Centre at the Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre! Located in the heart of the city centre, adjoined to the Holiday Inn and opposite New Street Station the BCEC is the perfect place to celebrate in 2023! We have a variety of packages for Christmas from delicious afternoon teas to large all-inclusive party nights and many options in between! If you have something a little different in mind, please enquire to discuss as we love to create bespoke options to help you celebrate in the perfect way. 

VIP PRIVATE LOUNGES
Start your celebrations in style by hiring one of our private VIP lounges in The Lobby on Hill Street! From £15.00 per person and a minimum of 6 guests apply.

SHARED PARTY NIGHTS
Come and join us to celebrate Christmas 2023! Arrive from 7:30pm to a Bucks Fizz reception, enjoy a delicious three course festive menu and dance the night away to hits across the decades with our fantastic live band Nanna Radleys! 

Include an all inclusive drinks wristband for an additional £30.00 per person! 
(House drinks included from 8pm to 12am and all people within the party must partake)

PRIVATE PARTY NIGHTS
We have a number of fantastic private event spaces available, catering for small and large celebrations. Our tailored Christmas party menus start from just £45.00 per person, discounts on wine and drinks packages available.

COMEDY CHRISTMAS
Fancy something a little different this Christmas? We can work with various comedy acts to produce a festive celebration full of laughs! These packages are flexible on party size and can be booked during the day as a lunchtime celebration or as an evening get together, they are produced on a bespoke basis so please get in touch with your requirements to discuss further.

HOLIDAY AFTERNOON TEA
What is better way to refuel on your shopping trip this Christmas than enjoying a delicious festive afternoon tea with your loved ones! A selection of decadent sweet treats, seasonal & classic finger sandwiches, mince pies, fruit scones, festive spiced clotted cream & strawberry jam. Only £40.00 for 2 people. 

Add a glass of prosecco for an additional £5.00 per person

FESTIVE FAYRE
Looking for a festive get together without the fuss? Join us in our relaxed dining space this December for our Festive Fayre. Available 12 - 9pm, 7 days a week. Pre booking is essential and prices start from £18.95 for two courses and £22.95 for three courses.

ACCOMMODATION
Why not make the most of your celebrations and stay the night! From £120 per room per night, discounts for larger groups available. 

WINTER WONDER PACKAGE
Feeling festive? Upgrade your stay and add on a Winter Wonder Package! Arrive to mulled wine and Stollen, explore the Christmas markets, return to a delicious dinner then get a great night’s sleep in one on our beautiful bedrooms. Wake up and enjoy a hearty breakfast to set you up for the day ahead!
